DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • 04 passport sized coloured photographs of the child

  • 01 passport sized coloured photographs of each parent

  • Birth certificate

  • Immunization Record

  • Original blood group report of the child

  • Address Proof

  • Photo copy of Mark sheet where applicable (Originals to be presented at the time of admissions)

  • Transfer certificate where applicable.
